The space

There is a TV with streaming cable in the bedroom.
Separate entrance and a deadbolt lock on door between room and rest of house for greater privacy.

You will have space in the cabinets and fridge to store your food. If you have a 3 to 4 week stay, there will be a cleaning at the 2 week mark of your stay to change your sheets, clean the bedroom floors, and to clean your bathroom and the kitchen.
Other things to note
Parking is on the street but there are no street cleaning days. If you don’t have a car, you can walk to the busline or expo line to downtown sm or la. If you like to party please do it off the premises. I live in the other room and like a quiet peaceful living environment but will be friendly and helpful if you need.
Pets are allowed and restricted to the bedroom in respect to the interior of the home.
You will have driveway parking with this room.
The Neighborhood
Walk to Trader Joes, very close to 10 and 405 fwys, walking distance to metro line for easy access to DTLA and Downtown Santa Monica. 10 minute drive to Brentwood, Century City and Beverly Hills without traffic, 5 to 10 minutes without traffic to Culver City and 10 to 15 minutes without traffic to Downtown SM or the beach. Venice and Marina Del Rey are 15 to 20 minutes away without traffic. 2.5 miles south of UCLA medical center in Westwood, 3 miles SE of St John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, 2.8 miles east of Santa Monica College.
