This home is centrally located in West Los Angeles. Best to have a car to take advantage of Los Angeles many attractions but also walking distance to public Metro-Line to take you to Downtown LA and Downtown Santa Monica, and Bus line to UCLA. Short distance to UCLA, Santa Monica College, Century City shopping, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City, and West Hollywood.

Home is recently remodeled, there is a large sunken bath in the master bathroom. The home features central air and heat, as well as a space heater for your use if you desire.

The house has hardwood and tile flooring, crown moldings, French Doors and a Walk In Closet in the Master Bedroom, a large desk in the second bedroom and a newly remodeled kitchen.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood near freeways, & walking distance to the busline, train station, & Trader Joes, a grocery store.

Landlord usually lives in separate unit on the property grounds. Whether on site or not, landlord is quick to deal with guest requests.

There are 2 off street parking spots ( 1 for a super compact and 1 for any size vehicle) or up to 3 tandem spots, depending on the size of the cars.

There are no child safety features.

The Neighborhood

Walk to Trader Joes, very close to 10 and 405 fwys, walking distance to metro line for easy access to DTLA and Downtown Santa Monica and walking distance to bus line to UCLA. 10 minute drive to Brentwood, Century City and Beverly Hills without traffic, 5 to 10 minutes without traffic to Culver City and 10 to 15 minutes without traffic to Downtown SM or the beach. Venice and Marina Del Rey are 15 to 20 minutes away without traffic. 2.7 miles south of UCLA, 2.5 miles south of UCLA medical center in Westwood, 3 miles SE of St John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, 2.8 miles east of Santa Monica College, 1.6 miles SW of Century City Shopping Mall, 4.2 miles SE of 3rd Street Promanade.

This house was fantastic. We recently moved to Arizona and came to escape the desert heat for 3 weeks.

The location is perfect with easy access to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, restaurants, grocery and the freeways, House was ready when we arrived and very clean.

Trisha met us and explained use of everything. There was coffee and all sorts of spices in the cupboard.

A cute, sceened gazebo in the yard provided shade and made sitting outside so pleasant!

The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen all updated. Trisha responded immediately to any questions. We highly recommend this property and rate Trish as a 10 star host!
