The space
Light, bright, quiet, and private oasis with a separate entrance from the main house. This unit has everything one needs for a long term stay. Wifi is fast and perfect for business travelers. The closet is a walkin.
The Neighborhood
Walk to Trader Joes, very close to 10 and 405 fwys, walking distance to metro line for easy access to DTLA and Downtown Santa Monica. 10 minute drive to Brentwood, Century City and Beverly Hills without traffic, 5 to 10 minutes without traffic to Culver City and 10 to 15 minutes without traffic to Downtown SM or the beach. Venice and Marina Del Rey are 15 to 20 minutes away without traffic. 2.5 miles south of UCLA medical center in Westwood, 3 miles SE of St John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, 2.8 miles east of Santa Monica College.

Other things to note
This is a quiet neighborhood and the house policy encourages all guests to be quiet ( no parties, loud music, yelling, etc).
Please do not wear shoes upstairs between 9pm and 9am as the person in the room downstairs will hear the noise.
Also please keep TV and music noise down between 9pm and 9am.
If you have pets, you must attend to the pets if on the lawn. There is also a dogrun to the side of the house for your convenience.
If you have a pet you must let me know prior to booking. If you do not advise of your pet, your reservation will be cancelable. The cleaning fee will be $30 more for 1 pet (possibly higher for more than 1 pet or for cats) because the cleaning crew has to do a deep cleaning.
The cleaning charge will be adjusted before you arrive. If you do not notify me and I find out I will consider this a rules violation, and you may be requested to leave.
This is a quiet place, not a party pad. If police must be called out to manage a noise disturbance or criminal activity caused by you, your stay will end immediately and you will be charged $500.
As smoking is not allowed inside the home, if there is evidence of smoking, the guest will be charged $100 for deodorizing the place and for any lost rent.
Only named registered guests will be allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in a termination of the stay without a refund.
No mail is to be received at the home unless under c/o Trish Lee.

Trisha’s home was perfect for what we were looking for. It is a separate apartment attached to the back of her home.
It is in a lovely neighborhood and easy to get around,
The metro is a half mile walk, which easily takes you to Santa Monica or Downtown LA.
The arartment is clean and the bed and couch are comfortable.
It is a perfect place for 2 people, and I was super thrilled with the coffee maker!
Trisha was very quick to reply to any of my texts and provided a list of restaurants in the area.
When I come back to visit, I will be sure to reach out to book Trisha’s place again.
