This house was fantastic. We recently moved to Arizona and came to escape the desert heat for 3 weeks.

The location is perfect with easy access to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, restaurants, grocery and the freeways, House was ready when we arrived and very clean.

Trisha met us and explained use of everything. There was wine in the fridge and coffee and all sorts of spices in the cupboard.

A cute, sceened gazebo in the yard provided shade and made sitting outside so pleasant!

The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen all updated. Trisha responded immediately to any questions. She even dropped off chocolates during our stay!

We highly recommend this property and rate Trish as a 10 star host!

House is as described, very clean and convenient to Culver City and Westwood, 2 places where I needed to be during my stay.

Trisha’s home was perfect for what we were looking for. It is a separate apartment attached to the back of her home.

It is in a lovely neighborhood and easy to get around,

The metro is a half mile walk, which easily takes you to Santa Monica or Downtown LA.

The arartment is clean and the bed and couch are comfortable.

It is a perfect place for 2 people, and I was super thrilled with the coffee maker!

Trisha was very quick to reply to any of my texts and provided a list of restaurants in the area.

When I come back to visit, I will be sure to reach out to book Trisha’s place again.

My husband, I and our dog had a wonderful stay at her place; the studio apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need for 'at home' like stay.

The place was incredible.

Location was fantastic, Trish was responsive when I needed something, and it was just an incredible experience!

Studio decorated, as described, cozy, soft bed, clean couch, fast internet, well stocked kitchen set up, central heat and AC was great.

Trish was awesome and answered my question right away, met her once on a 2 week stay.

It was a very private set up, there is someone living below you, but the place is built well.

Per friendly and a good, very safe neighborhood for walks, a little road noise from the freeway but to be expected.

Tons of great food a short drive away.

All around very good experience.

I had a great Stay at this private home in nice safe neighborhood.

Plenty of Street Parking.

Very easy Freeway access and near to Beverly Hills and the Beach and some West LA Hot Spots.

The room is a good size very clean and cozy, comfortable bed.

The private Bathroom is also very neat with good water pressure in the shower.

Kitchen is super nice and brand new.

Trish was an amazing Host, will definately stay there again when I'm back in LA.

Everything is more than I expect.

Very excellent location to get to freeway, famous spots, markets.

Cosy, comfortable and clean.

When you need any help or in trouble, the host will help you immediately.

Host lives in 2nd story. It was one of the merits.

She had teas there and a teapot and it had a kitchen area with plates and cutlery if you want to cook.

It was a quiet safe peaceful area.

It is a great cozy place to stay 🙂 It is quiet for work/study.

Trish's place was very convenient, comfortable and pretty.

Having central AC was great for us as our own place does not have that.

I enjoyed relaxing in the large sunken bathtub in the evening and preparing breakfast in her gorgeous kitchen.

The 2nd bedroom with the large desk was perfect for getting work done. My roommate really liked that room.

Trish was accomodating and we enjoyed meeting her.

If we ever need another place on the westside of LA we will be booking this place again.
